Cobra KING Tec Golf Irons | Steel | Right Handed

Introducing the Cobra KING Tec Golf Irons, designed for 0-12 handicaps seeking a superior player's distance iron. With a shorter blade length, softened topline, "tucked toe," and updated PW, experience enhanced precision and control. Enhance your game with a 5-step forged hollow clubhead construction and foam microspheres that dampen vibration and improve acoustics, without compromising the valuable feedback desired by skilled players.

COBRA® revolutionizes the traditional four-step forging process with their fifth strike technique, guaranteeing superior softness and precise shaping. Beginning with carbon steel billets heated to 1200 degrees Celsius, the Rough Forging process (steps 1-3) bends and forges the metal into the rough shape of an iron head. The fourth step applies 1200 tons of pressure at 800 degrees Celsius, refining and adding detail to each head. In the fifth step, 2000 tons of pressure at 700 degrees Celsius creates a consistent grain structure. After cooling, each clubhead is polished and meticulously milled using a CNC machine for precise faces and grooves.

The KING TEC irons feature a Forged PWRSHELL face insert and H.O.T Face Variable Thickness Geometry for increased rebound and faster speed at impact, resulting in longer distance. Additionally, the clubhead has 20g of tungsten placed in the low heel area for added forgiveness and reduced twisting at impact.

The 4-7 irons have a progressive design with tungsten for improved launch and carry, while the 8-GW have no tungsten for a slightly lower trajectory and enhanced accuracy in the scoring zone.
